Returns & Exchanges

At Eastpak, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return any item purchased through our online store within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Eastpak products in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
